Yering Station Elevations Pinot Noir from Yering Station, Yarra Valley (Victoria) is a graceful, cool-climate Pinot built for finesse. The nose is fragrant with wild strawberry, cherry blossom, red currant and gentle rose petal. On the palate it’s elegant – bright acidity animates vibrant red fruit, while delicate tannins and a mineral core bring poise and depth. Hints of forest floor and spice linger through the finish. As it’s a recent vintage, formal critical scores are yet to be announced, but early tastings suggest stylish complexity and cellaring promise.
