Yering Station Village Rosé 2025 is a vibrant Yarra Valley rosé from Yering Station, blending Sangiovese, Nebbiolo and Pinot Noir into a pale copper-pink wine with serious perfume, juicy fruit and savoury confidence. Fresh yet textural, this is a polished dry rosé that far exceeds simple summer-sipping status.
Pink florals, Turkish delight and pink grapefruit lead the aromatics, followed by perfumed pink berries, nectarine, peach and watermelon. The Yering Station 2025 Village Rosé has a seamless, lightly creamy palate, with sage and thyme adding a savoury herbal note. Mouth-watering acidity and a pithy, dry finish provide impressive length.
