No. Cellars Rewards Club is free to join and there is no annual membership fee.
Your tier is based on your rolling 12-month spend at cellars.com.au. We add each new order to your tier spend total and remove any orders more than 12 months old. When your 12-month spend reaches the threshold for a higher tier, your status is upgraded automatically.
Yes, your tier can change if your rolling 12-month spend falls below the threshold for your current tier. For example, if you don’t maintain $2,000 in spend over the next 12 months, your status may move from Gold to Silver. We’ll always place you in the tier that matches your latest 12-month spend.
You earn points on eligible purchases at cellars.com.au based on your tier: Bronze 1 point per $1, Silver 2 points per $1, Gold 3 points per $1, Diamond 4 points per $1. We may also offer bonus points promotions from time to time, which will be clearly advertised.
You can redeem points at checkout for whole-dollar discounts on eligible orders. Use as little as 200 points to get $1 off, and there’s no minimum order value required. Your account shows your current points balance, the rewards available (e.g. $10 off), and how many points you need for each reward. Redemption options may change over time, but we’ll always keep the rules simple and clearly explained.
Yes, points may expire if they are not used within a set period (for example, 12–24 months). The exact expiry period will be displayed in your account and in the program terms. We’ll send reminders before your points expire so you have a chance to redeem them.
