About this product
Yering Station Estate Chardonnay 2024 is a beautifully composed Yarra Valley Chardonnay from one of the region’s founding estates, marrying opulent white stone fruit with a tight, saline mineral backbone. Richly detailed yet impeccably fresh, it is a serious cool-climate white with immediate appeal and cellar-worthy poise.
Nougat, cashew cream, lemon curd and honeysuckle perfume the glass, followed by juicy pomelo, nectarine, nashi pear and grapefruit pith. The Yering Station 2024 Estate Chardonnay carries white flowers, orange blossom and a hint of bay leaf through a complex, savoury palate. Salty lemon acidity and fine phenolic grip stretch the finish long.
Serve Yering Station Estate Chardonnay 2024 with butter-poached lobster, roast chicken with tarragon, grilled kingfish, mushroom risotto or triple-cream brie. Its bright citrus backbone cuts through creamy richness, while its cashew-like texture and mineral edge work beautifully with roasted, savoury flavours.
