About this product
Yering Station Village Chardonnay 2025 is a beautifully shaped Yarra Valley Chardonnay from one of the region’s benchmark producers, delivering white stone fruit, citrus brightness and subtle oak complexity in a refined cool-climate style. Generous yet lively, it is an exceptionally polished white for everyday drinking or the dinner table.
Nectarine, white peach and yellow apple lift from the glass, layered with lemon oil, dried honey, gun flint and a gentle biscuity oak note. The Yering Station 2025 Village Chardonnay is mid-weight and textural, with juicy stone fruit across the palate. A softly pithy citrus line and fresh acidity give the finish lovely length.
Serve Yering Station Village Chardonnay 2025 with grilled barramundi, lemon-roast chicken, creamy mushroom pasta, pan-fried scallops or a soft-rind cheese board. Its citrus drive cuts through creamy sauces and buttery seafood, while its restrained oak and stone-fruit richness flatter golden, roasted flavours. Enjoy now, or cellar it for three to four years.
