Rosato Wine

Rosato is the Italian-inspired take on pink wine, and it’s making waves in Australia for all the right reasons. Expect a vibrant, dry, and textural style, think red berries, citrus, and sometimes a savoury or herbal twist, depending on the grapes and the winemaker’s mood.

Aussie Rosato is often crafted from Sangiovese, Nero d’Avola, Grenache, or even Aglianico and Sagrantino, delivering a spectrum of flavours from wild strawberries and cherries to subtle spice and amaro-like bitterness. These wines are light to medium-bodied, refreshing, and just a touch more complex than your average rosé, making them perfect for food pairing, anything from charcuterie and pizza to seafood and Mediterranean salads. If you’re after a pink with personality, Rosato brings it in spades.
