This desire and passion also lead to the decision in 2016 to set aside a selected parcel of Pristine Roussanne free run juice and produce an aromatic, structured elegant white wine to sit above the rest.

The selected parcel sourced from the quarter hectare vineyard in the Greenock sub region of the Barossa Valley that all their previous Roussanne wines have hailed from, with this parcel off the oldest plantings.

Hand-picked, left to chill overnight in the cool room and then destemmed Michael then puts the free run juice to a new French Oak puncheon to naturally ferment, and Malo left to Elevage with gentle continuous battonage.
