Biodynamic. This delicious new white is composed of Clairette, Roussanne, Grenache Blanc and a little Viognier, assembled and raised in concrete vats. The idea here was to utilise the domaine’s younger vines (and their slightly more generous yields) to offer a charming, easy-sipping white.

Enticingly ripe stone fruits, sweet pear and floral scents rise from the glass; the palate is clear and silky, flecked with tropical fruit flavours hemmed by nimble acidity and nice grip. It’s loaded with personality and the kind of texture and food-friendly structure that you would not expect from entry-level Rhône white.
