AT FIRST SIP-Gorgeous honeysuckle, rose and mandarin. Tingly red grapefruit acidity along with a chalky texture. AFTER A FEW-Simply delish.
Based in the Adelaide Hills Main & Cherry has turned heads in recent years with winemaker Michael Sexton’s small batch and distinctive wines. He favours Indian Runner ducks over pesticides, works gently by hand and prefers a shovel and small basket-press instead of high-tech machines. He also sources fruit from McLaren Vale, due to a love of the region he acquired during his years studying and making wines there.
