Brothers at War Single Vineyard Barossa Valley Shiraz 2022, Brothers at War, Barossa Valley. This old‑vine Shiraz is intensely concentrated and deep, drawn from a small, hand‑picked parcel that was destemmed (not crushed) into open‑top fermenters with about 20 percent whole bunch clusters. The wine was held at cool temperatures before fermenting, hand‑plunged twice daily, then matured 18 months on lees in equal parts new and seasoned French oak hogsheads and bottled unfined and unfiltered, making it structured, rich and seamless.
