Hentley Farm Villain & Vixen Chardonnay is crafted by Andrew Quin at Hentley Farm in Eden Valley, offering a modern, textural Chardonnay with varietal purity. Brilliant pale straw with a glimmer of green, it opens with aromas of honeydew melon, grapefruit, green apple and delicate lavender blossom, underscored by flint and a whisper of popcorn. The palate is crisp and linear with bright natural acidity, a clean finish and subtle spice. Alcohol 12.5%. Scored 86/100 at Wine-Searcher and awarded Bronze with 87 points at the 2021 Barossa Wine Show.
