Hentley Farm The Old Legend Grenache 2024 from Hentley Farm in the Barossa Valley is a graceful yet deeply flavoured single-vineyard Grenache, offering vivid fruit, fragrant spice and silky poise. Sixteen per cent whole bunch and nine months in older French oak shape a beautifully balanced, modern Barossa red.
Strawberry, red cherry and blueberry aromas weave through dried herbs, potpourri, lavender, truffle and star anise. The palate is elegant but mouth-filling, driven by juicy acidity, pure red fruits and a fine earthy edge. Hentley Farm Old Legend Grenache 2024 finishes long, fragrant and subtly grippy.ejournals.
