Hentley Farm Villain & Vixen Grenache Shiraz Mataro 2025 from Hentley Farm in the Barossa Valley is a vibrant GSM packed with old-school regional generosity and a modern, finely structured edge. Grenache leads the blend at 47%, followed by Shiraz and Mataro, creating an irresistible red for the table.
Floral spice, white pepper, raspberry and plum lift from the glass with liquorice, cumin, nutmeg, dried herbs and a touch of earthy vanilla. The palate is juicy and plush, layering dark raspberry and black plum fruit over savoury spice and fine, grippy tannins. Hentley Farm Villain & Vixen GSM finishes dry, fresh and generous.
