Hentley Farm Mount Crawford Riesling 2025 from Hentley Farm in Eden Valley is a racy, high-altitude Riesling with vibrant citrus perfume, fine mineral tension and serious ageing potential. Sourced from three elevated Eden Valley blocks, it is a brilliantly precise white with real regional class.
Lime zest, lemon sherbet and grapefruit leap from the glass, followed by green apple, lemongrass, jasmine and a tropical flicker of passionfruit and honeydew. The palate is intensely pure and finely textured, driven by chalky acidity and a long mineral finish. Hentley Farm Mount Crawford Riesling 2025 is crisp, dry and electric.
