This full-bodied MT Wines Shiraz was crafted from premium, handpicked grapes sourced from the renowned Heathcote wine region. The fruit was destemmed and macerated on skins for three weeks before gentle pressing, then matured for 10 months in a mix of oak, including 10% new Hungarian barrels. Unfined and unfiltered, the wine retains the full integrity and character of the fruit. It reveals intense flavours of ripe plum and blackberry, layered with notes of tobacco, dried herbs and subtle spice. The result is a wine of impressive depth, elegance, and complexity.
