The fruit for our Shiraz is from Ryalstone, N.S.W, which has a limestone-rich terroir, sandy shallow soils, and an ultra-cool inland climate- sharing similar characteristics to Burgundy. Our Artemis Shiraz displays soft, elegant tannins that support the palate with full flavors of cherry & strawberries. The wine is barrel aged for 18 months in 1 & 2-year-old French oak Hogshead. Cardamom, blackcurrant, white pepper, orange rind, and subtle French oak on the nose. The firm tannic grip has softened beautifully with age.

Best paired with osso bucco, lasagne, braised beef cheek anything rich and delicious.
