Warramunda Estate Liv Zak Syrah – Crafted by Olivia “Liv Zak” Gargett in Coldstream, Yarra Valley, this cool-climate Syrah offers a pronounced nose of boysenberry, vanilla bean, and floral mountain pepper berry. The palate is medium-bodied with dark berries mingling with rich vanilla and dark chocolate, complemented by ample spice that builds to create a complex profile. The wine has fresh acidity and a silky, luscious texture. It was fermented with wild yeasts using both whole berries and whole bunches, then aged for fourteen months in French oak barriques. Ideal for drinking from 2024 to 2034.
