Stoke Wines Rosé is a gentle yet textured expression of Cabernet Sauvignon from the Cassini Vineyard. Entirely hand-picked and whole-bunch pressed, the fruit is cool-fermented then aged “on lees” for three months to build mouthfeel without heaviness. Expect floral notes, green apple and grapefruit up front, leading into ripe red plum and pink apple, balanced by a crisp acid backbone and saline island freshness. At ~11.7-12.5% ABV, it’s light-to-medium bodied and supple. No major critical score published yet, but retailer tasting notes praise its flavour length and food friendliness-delightful with fresh seafood or summer salads.
