Rouleur Domestique Pinot Noir & Syrah – A spirited Yarra Valley blend from Rouleur Wines, combining 70% Pinot Noir (from a 29-year-old Healesville vineyard) and 30% Syrah from Gruyere. Bright cherry and crunchy raspberry aromas are layered with tilled earth and subtle floral lift. The Pinot contributes elegance and vibrancy; the Syrah adds gentle tannin, fruit sweetness and savoury depth. Medium-weighted and fresh, it displays natural acid tension and a juicy finish. Fermented with destemmed fruit, matured ~6 months in oak (5% new), bottled without fining, lightly filtered. ABV ~13% – a lovely, drink-now red with character
