Rouleur Strawberry Fields Pinot Meunier 2025 is a bright, high-altitude King Valley red from Rouleur Wine Co., sourced from the Burder Vineyard at 841 metres on the Whitlands High Plateau. Fresh, perfumed and brilliantly light on its feet, it is a modern Australian Pinot Meunier built for a light chill and instant enjoyment.
Summer berries, pomegranate seed and orange rind leap from the glass, with rosehip tea, juicy watermelon, hibiscus and alpine fruit bringing aromatic lift. Partial carbonic maceration boosts the wine’s juicy, fruit-forward feel, while a restrained lick of new Burgundian oak, gentle thyme and undergrowth add savoury detail. Rouleur Strawberry Fields Pinot Meunier is plush, fine-boned and seriously refreshing.
