Express Winemakers Porongurup Riesling 2022 is a wild-fermented, minimal intervention white from Great Southern, Western Australia. It’s sourced from two organically managed vineyards—Toolbrunup and Millinup—located on gravelly loam soils and featuring vines aged 23 to 45 years. The fruit is hand picked, destemmed, and directly pressed to a mix of ceramic, mature oak, and stainless steel vessels for spontaneous fermentation. The wine matures for 10 months before being bottled unfined and unfiltered, resulting in a fascinating meld of texture and complexity, with vibrant notes of lime peel, jasmine, apricot, and river stone.
