This is 100% Tempranillo from a block not far from the Dormilona winery. It’s made classically: whole bunch pressed to a combination of barrels and tanks with a little amphora action as well, gently worked during ferment and then stirred for three months after.

It’s spicy and bristling with personality. The perfect wine to take on long lunches on warm days.
