Ripe red-and-blue fruits such as cherry, raspberry and strawberry are intertwined with earthy beetroot and subtle hints of spice, peppercorn and clove. Medium-bodied, it shows velvety tannins and bright, crunchy acidity, with oak influence that adds vanillin complexity without overwhelming the fruit.
