It is classic cool-climate Sauvignon Blanc: aromatic, dry and full of bright citrus energy, with enough texture to make it a reliable warm-weather winner.
Gooseberry, grapefruit and passionfruit lead, joined by guava, lychee, paw paw, cucumber and a leafy blackcurrant note. The palate is light and crisp, showing savoury citrus, white pepper and gentle minerality through a clean, lively finish.
