Brilliant, deep ruby colour. Fresh nose of red fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant) with notes of spices (pepper, cinnamon), and a hint of liquorice. On the palate, supple and smooth tannins.
Founded in 1933 Cave de Tain is located at the foot of the hill of Hermitage between Valencia and Lyon. The historic vineyard is a local co-op with over 300 grower-members and 1000 hectares of vineyards making it the main producer of wines in Northern Rhone Valley.
