About 15% of the wine was matured in new French and Hungarian oak with lees stirring, resulting in a lightly oaked Fumé Blanc character that brings added texture, minerality, and subtle notes of lychee and stone fruit instead of typical passionfruit-driven flavors. This refined and refreshing Sauvignon Blanc is best enjoyed now but will also reward cellaring for up to 8-10 years, developing richer flavors and complexity.
