It is zippy and zingy with juicy citrus flavors, textured palate, and a fine bead. Slightly cloudy, it requires gentle rolling before serving or can be enjoyed without the sediment. This lively Pet-Nat is a fun, fresh expression of Riesling with bright acidity.
