Fermoy Estate Vintage Brut Rosé, elegantly crafted by winemaker Jeremy Hodgson at Fermoy Estate in Wilyabrup, Margaret River, Western Australia. A traditional-method vintage sparkling combining 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay, with part of the base wine fermented in seasoned French oak barriques and puncheons to enrich texture. After an impressive four years on lees before disgorgement, it pours a pale blush salmon with a fine, persistent bead. The nose opens to oyster shell, brine, and mushroom, then unfolds pink lady apple, grapefruit, and citrus blossom. On the palate, delicate mousse carries notes of baked pastries, truffle, cream, and perfumed fruit. A refined and balanced Rosé that’s drinking beautifully now and will continue evolving over the next 2–3 years.
