Brothers, Usher and Ian, formed a partnership named U & I Tinkler to continue on with the family’s viticultural history. To recognise this successful venture, the wine U & I has been produced.

It is made from premium, hand picked fruit from the original shiraz plantings at the foothills of the Pokolbin Mountains. Traditional techniques are used at our winery to capture the true nature of Pokolbin terroir.

Aroma: Black cherry and plum witha hint of white pepper and vanillan oak.
