Saint & Scholar Holier than Boz Chardonnay 2021 is a standout Adelaide Hills release by Stephen Dew & Reid Bosward. The wine bursts with summer fruits – rock melon, mango, kiwi and white peach – balanced by subtle honey-toast oak and a savoury creaminess. On the palate it’s lively and textural, bright citrus and nectarine flavours underpinned by taut acidity, flinty minerality and a firm phenolic backbone. Andrew Graham awarded it 92/100 in Oz Wine Review, calling it “vital and lively” with classy winemaking. It’s a charmer now, yet built for the next 3-5 years.
