It shows crimson colour, refined texture, and classic cool-climate red fruit flavours of strawberry and raspberry. Aging in 25% new French oak adds a gentle, elegant oak and tannin balance. Crafted using wild yeast and basket pressing with 15% whole bunch, this Pinot Noir delivers earthiness and subtle structure, making it a fine expression of Macedon Ranges terroir.
