About This Wine
This Mc Laren Vale Cabernet is sourced mainly from the Hickinbotham vineyard. This wine was gently hand plunged in small open fermenters, before basket pressing into high quality French oak barrels. After 16 months of maturation, only the best barrels were selected for the final blend.
