The bouquet is intensely concentrated: blackberry, mulberry and cassis with dark forest fruits, black olive, bay leaf, tobacco, wild mint and cedar, woven with mocha, dark chocolate and classy French oak. On the palate, Houghton Jack Mann Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 is full‑bodied, richly layered and elegant, showing blackcurrant pastille, liqueur cherry, licorice, dark chocolate and savoury herbs wrapped in fine, grainy, graphite‑like tannins, seamless oak and commanding length.
