AUSTRALIA WIDE FREE SHIPPING
The old vines in Block 1 really excelled in the cool vintage giving us a wine with a heady, spicy, liqueur cherry aroma. The palate is rich and mouth-filling with some French oak and grape tannins framing the lush fruit. Beautiful now but will age superbly.
Medium to full ruby colour with the slightest tint of purple. The bouquet is spicy and smoky-charcuterie, with blackberry to brandied cherry later, turning rich, full and fruit-sweet on the palate, the concentrated flavour backed by a good backbone of tannin. The wine has presence and the whole thing carries long through the extended finish and aftertaste.
