Sourced from our ‘Estate Owned’ vineyard that was planted in 1935, this vineyard was one of the first to install a high trellis system earning it the name of ‘Tall Vines’. This block produces outstanding Shiraz and holds a place in history for standing tall when bush vines were the norm.

This Shiraz is deep garnet in colour and has a complex nose of black fruits supported by toasty, cedar oak and hints of spice. The palate is rich and silky with lovely velvety tannins. Taste layers of blackberry, mulberry and plum with hints of dark chocolate. A long, refined finish with cedar oak notes. This wine that will age well.
