This luscious premium estate grown Shiraz boasts moorish savoury earthy characteristics with blackberry fruit and spice. This medium bodied wine with silken tannins can be enjoyed now or will cellar well for 5 years.

Two day cold soak, inoculated with neutral yeast strain, pumped over twice daily. Malo-lactic ferment completed in old French hogs heads oak. Aged for 12 months.
