Grapes were harvested in March 2022 from two small blocks on our Uley vineyard, and from select Adelaide Hills growers to ensure clarity, consistency and character.

After crushing, press and settling, the juice was fermented to dryness at low temperature to enhance varietal characteristics.

Displays citrus and pear fruit, elderflower, cut grass and herbaceous aromas with a persistent, mineral driven palate.

It’s fabulously fresh and lifted on the nose showing green apple, apricot and lemon zest aromas, followed by a lively palate that’s flavoursome and delectable. Upfront and pristine, the wine offers excellent vibrancy and fruit intensity. At its best: now to 2027.
