After a year of experimenting, we’re excited to introduce you to our boldest Pinot. This Pinot is an explosion of aromas. The nose is raspberry, sarsaparilla, sage, capsicum, cherry, hazelnut. Sometimes more, and sometimes less. The palate is a ride. A big lot of primary fruits, berries, cherries, other delicious red things. Then there is a move into the more serious side with a nutty, spicy element. Nice length with spice carrying through to the end This note is hard to write as this wine is a different journey of excitement every time I drink it! The wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered with the only addition being a small amount of sulphur prior to bottling.
