Nikola Estate Chenin Blanc 2025 is a refined and aromatic wine sourced from rare, old vines planted in 1963 in the Swan Valley. The wine was hand-picked, whole-bunch pressed, and matured on fine lees, contributing to its rich texture and complexity. It features lifted aromas of yellow fruits like honeydew and poached pear, complemented by talc and pomme fruit notes on the palate. The finish is oily, aromatic, long, and well-rounded, showing generosity and refinement. This Chenin Blanc has excellent aging potential, expected to develop beautifully over the next 15 years. It won Gold and scored 95 points at the 2024 Swan Valley Wine Show, underscoring its quality among premium Western Australian Chenins.
