Dreissigacker Vintages Rot NV,  cellared by Jochen Dreissigacker at his biodynamic estate in Bechtheim, Rheinhessen, Germany, this multi-vintage red blends estate-grown Saint Laurent and Pinot Noir from 2019 and 2020. Hand-harvested and fermented separately on native yeasts, it matured 36 months on lees in barriques—two-thirds new—before final blending in 2022. The wine glows brilliant ruby and entices with mulberry, blackberry, spiced plum, gingerbread, cinnamon and cocoa. Plush and velvety, the palate delivers lively acidity, rich red fruit, fine tannins, and a long, fresh finish. Scored 89/100 by Falstaff, drinking beautifully through 2030.
