About this product
Hirsch Hill “Herschel” Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé 2024, Yarra Valley, is a crisp and fragrant take on Cabernet. The nose shows strawberry, watermelon and a dusting of rose petal with a soft earthiness. The palate is dry, light, and refreshing with red berries and fine acid, finishing elegantly. Ken Gargett scored it 91 points, noting its seamless structure and lingering finish.
