Hirsch Hill Estate Chardonnay 2025 is a beautifully poised Yarra Valley Chardonnay from Hirsch Hill, whole-bunch pressed and gently fermented in French oak to deliver bright orchard fruit, supple texture and cool-climate precision.
Citrus zest, green apple and fresh fig lead the nose, followed by white peach, orchard blossom and a subtle nutty lift from carefully judged French oak. The palate is finely textured and medium-bodied, balancing stone fruit and creamy oak with crisp, neutral acidity and a clean mineral line.
Serve Hirsch Hill Estate Chardonnay 2025 with roast chicken, grilled barramundi, butter-poached prawns, pork cutlet or creamy mushroom pasta.
