Castel Firmian Pinot Grigio 2025 from Mezzacorona in Trentino DOC is a bright, refined Italian white that captures Alpine freshness and sunny Italian fruit in the one glass. Vegan and made without oak or malolactic fermentation, it is a clean, dry Pinot Grigio with impressive texture and easy‑drinking charm.
The nose opens with ripe apple, pear and white peach, joined by chamomile, acacia blossom and a flicker of citrus. On the palate, quince, green apple and stone fruit bring generous flavour, while fine acidity and a light mineral thread keep the wine fresh and precise. Castel Firmian Pinot Grigio finishes crisp, balanced and gently textural.
This Castel Firmian Pinot Grigio is spot‑on as an aperitivo, and brilliant with antipasti, calamari, grilled white fish, seafood pasta, chicken schnitzel or fresh mozzarella.
