This vintage delivers the purest and most precise expression of Hunter Valley Semillon, noted for vibrant acidity, star-bright clarity, and a long finish. Aromas of tangy citrus, lemongrass, and subtle dried ginger are underscored by a steely, wet river stone minerality, achieved through minimal intervention winemaking. It is refreshing and thirst-quenching in youth but will reward cellaring for 5 – 15 years, making it both approachable now and ageworthy.
