Suertes del Marqués Tenerife Valle de la Orotava Vidonia 2021 is made from old-vine Listán Blanco grown on volcanic soils, aged eleven months in used oak and foudre with wild yeast fermentation, offering aromas of ripe pear, white peach, tangy grapefruit, grilled nuts, and smoky minerals; the palate is textured, energetic, combining tropical fruit, citrus, vibrant acidity, pronounced salinity, integrated oak, and volcanic minerality, finishing long, layered, and fresh with a tension reminiscent of top Burgundian whites but distinctly Canary in its volcanic character, awarded 96 points by Wine Advocate as balanced, elegant, and open with finesse.
