Ross Hill Pinnacle Series Pinot Noir 2023 is a pale ruby wine sourced mainly from the Griffin Road vineyard with some from Wallace Lane vineyard, both in Orange, NSW. It offers aromas of wild strawberries, Bing cherry, and cinnamon-spiced oak. The palate is silky textured with ample structure and layers of complexity. The wine matures in 25% new French oak for 9 months and has the capacity to improve for several years, showcasing intensity without density typical of the cool climate terroir.
