Appearance: garnet red with variable intensity depending on the vintage.

On the nose: delicate and pleasant, with predominant notes of raspberry and violet, with aging very refined secondary aromas emerge.

On the palate: elegant and complete wine, with an attractive harmony. It is advisable to decant it and drink it at a temperature of 18-20°C. A wine for all meals, it expresses itself at its best when paired with rich and tasty dishes, from fresh pasta dishes seasoned with rich meat or vegetable sauces, to red meat dishes, grilled or roasted. Also excellent with cheeses, from soft cheeses to delicate blue cheeses.
