Fermoy Estate Reserve Chardonnay, meticulously crafted by winemaker Jeremy Hodgson at Fermoy Estate in Wilyabrup, Margaret River, Western Australia. A single-varietal Chardonnay matured for 9 months in French oak barriques (45% new), using wild fermentation and whole-bunch pressing to enhance texture and depth. Pale straw with green highlights, it exudes white flowers, cut lime, grapefruit, struck flint and toasted nuts. The palate is precise, with nectarine flesh, citrus blossom, brioche, sea-spray salinity and flint supporting its phenolic weight and length.
