This savoury take on Sauvignon Blanc blends 93% Sauvignon Blanc, 4% Semillon, and 3% Chardonnay, fermented with skin contact for structural intrigue and matured in French oak-75% with 15 hours of press skin contact and 15% in seasoned puncheons-yielding approximately 30% new oak influence. Pale straw with bright green hues, it reveals complex aromas of kumquat, lemon rind, pear, guava, and smoked almond. The palate is textured and richly layered-peach kernel, preserved lemon, flint, woodsmoke, and exotic spice harmonise with a glossy, textured acidity.
