This Aromatic White is a 3 way blend of mostly Semillon 66%, Viognier 27% and Chardonnay 7%. The wine parcels were fermented separately and finished fermenting in tank and old neutral French and Hungarian Oak barrels.

Ageing on total lees for a year the wines were stirred regularly like a chardonnay to develop structure, subdue hard and aggressive tannins and bring a softer, creamy and juicy mouthfeel. This was achieved perfectly.

The nose has a potent array of characters; White Musk, honeysuckle, white flowers, apple, pear. The palate has the same fruity nectar character with beeswax, honey baked apple notes and oily apricots. The length is long and the nutty oak is very distant in the background of this fresh, crisp fruity White Blend.
